Náš kraj je tak krásný, že tu stojí za to žít

Loňská rekordní návštěvnost souvisí s úspěšnými projekty a atraktivními turistickými cíli, kterými Olomoucký kraj oplývá, konstatuje hejtman Martin Tesařík.

Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel – A Passion for Golf

• Peak golf performance with mental technique and physio training
• Golf holiday at the 5-star Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel
• Cosmetic surgery – metabolic balance® – Golf Physio & Golf Mental

Jochberg/Vienna, 16 September 2010 – Golf Physio & Golf Mental is the newest offer at the Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel. Starting in September 2010, golf guests can receive mental and physical golf training from certified coaches and physiotherapists. The 5-star hotel – Tyrol’s only Leading Hotel of the World – continues its investments in an extensive golf offer.

The last few years have seen an enormous growth regarding the awareness and knowledge of the importance of mental training for success in golf. The Royal Spa Kitzbühel’s Golf Mental programme offers guests possibilities and tools to positively influence their game and to fully tap the potential of their own golf skills.

A more confident game – Golf Mental
Together with experienced Austrian golf mental coach Bruno Bacher, golfers acquire easily learnable fundamentals and techniques of mental training and work on feeling the golf game. The Golf Mental programme also includes special relaxation exercises individually tailored to meet the golfer’s wishes and needs via their visual, auditory or emotional imagination. “Even top golfers have had to learn patience. Mental techniques must be trained as much as physical condition, technique and tactics,” says Bruno Bacher, convinced of the lasting success of the programme.

Movement in the game – Golf Physio
Proper movement not only helps to hit the ball in the right direction, but also to play the game with joy and without pain. “This requires understanding, a trained eye and knowledge of the body, its muscles, movement efficiency and golf,” says golf physiotherapist Helga Seewald. “A part of the secret lies in the rotation.” The Golf Physio training with Helga Seewald involves specific stretching and strengthening exercises. Complementary treatments and massages in the Mountain Health Spa support the well-being of the golfers.

The Golf Physio & Golf Mental package offers a combination of physiotherapeutic care to improve the swing technique plus mental support for a concentrated and goal-oriented game. From September 2010, the Royal Spa Kitzbühel is offering physiotherapeutic care and mental support for golf in combination or on the basis of the individual components.

A golf holiday at the 5-star Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel
With over 30 golf courses in the immediate vicinity – all of them accessible with the single Golf Alpin Card – Kitzbühel is one of the largest golf centres in the Alps. Starting in 2011, guests of the Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel will be able to perfect their swing on the driving range right in front of the hotel or, during winter or periods of inclement weather, in the in-house real-image golf simulator. Rudolf Tucek, CEO of Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG: “The Golf Physio & Golf Mental programme represents a new investment to expand the golf offer for our guests.”

Cosmetic surgery – metabolic balance® – Golf Physio & Golf Mental
In addition to Golf Physio & Golf Mental, the Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel began offering cosmetic surgery by Dr. Greta Nehrer in August 2010 and will offer the metabolic balance® programme starting in September 2010. This holistic metabolic programme is being offered as part of an 18-day package under medical supervision. The combination of holiday and surroundings helps participants achieve balance and more energy away from the daily routine.

Royal Spa Kitzbühel Hotel – Leading Hotel und Leading Spa of the World
The 5-star hotel, which opened in Jochberg in December 2009, features 144 rooms and suites and offers direct access to the hiking trails and ski runs of the Kitzbühel Alps. In June of this year, the heart and soul of the hotel, the 3,600-square-metre Mountain Health Spa, was accepted for membership in the prestigious spa organisation Leading Spas. Mountain Health means that the healing power of nature plays an important role in all treatments and applications. The Mountain Health Spa also values privacy – for exclusivity and seclusion, there are three private spa suites to choose from: the Crystal Spa Suite, the Pearl Spa Suite and the Kitz Spa Suite.
